I was an extreme introvert, stayed to myself, never mingled with others and always found myself in competition with the next person. Wow, how I’ve changed. I now enjoy interacting with other people. It’s strange; it’s not just your body that changes for the better but the way you perceive people too. Every individual’s body is different and works differently. I believe the key to success is your attitude then diet and then your exercise routine. The small changes in your diet will make a big difference in the end. Exercise must always stay fun, whether you do it at home, outdoors or at the gym, you must enjoy what you’re doing. Once your body starts changing, you will be motivated to achieve more and once other people start noticing your changes and commenting on them, you won’t want to stop achieving. Always remember, in the end, success is far sweeter and better tasting than that piece of cake! |
