| Capetonian, Bodybuiling star Paul Prins is having a dream season on the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) stage. And he proved this clearly by winning his division at the provincial and national championships. | ||

Prins heads to Dohan in Qatar for the World Championships from 2 – 5 November. It Has taken Paul many years of hard training to get where he is today and not a moment too soon I think. |

| He did his first SA Championships in 2000 and fell outside the top 6, thereafter he made a steady progress ending in the Top 6 each year. Last year Paul finished third and this year all his hard work and dedication paid off when he won the Light-Heavyweight division in East London – what made Paul’s win at the South African Championships even more special was beating Carlos Noons. | ||
| He has been a Top Competitor for many years and Paul has looked up to him through the years of his bodybuilding career. Paul again won his division and came second overall in the recent Night of the Championship held in Cape Town. | ||
